Optical Fair:
On
the 20th of October 2014 Hong Kong served as the stage to over 700
exhibitors. The fair was organized by Hong Kong Trade Development
Council(HKDTC) and the Hong Kong Optical Traders Association displayed their
newest trends in technology for the Optical Industry. Hong Kong which is a
leader in the optical industry is also one of the leading exporters of
spectacles and frames. A total of 190 brands will be showing their optical
models at the fair. The fair focussed on various aspects of optics such as the
latest styles of frames, spectacles and related products through various zones
of the product, ranging from kids’ eyewear to optometric instruments, equipment
and machinery.
hong kong optical fair as generated lots of competition among different countries which as given rise to research and development in the field of optics which is a very gud sign. This would help in having a cross border knowledge sharing platform.
